How does the Take-Back Bag work?
Simply order a Take-Back Bag, fill it with your unwanted clothes, shoes, and linens from any brand, and send it back to us using the pre-paid shipping label. You'll earn Trashie rewards for every bag recycled.
What happens to the clothes I send back?
We prioritize a circular economy. Items are sorted and either resold, repurposed into new products, or recycled into industrial materials like insulation and carpet padding to keep them out of landfills.
How long does shipping take for new orders?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Can I return items I purchased from the store?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy for unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that Take-Back Bags are non-refundable once they have been processed.
