Returns & Exchanges

At Trashie, we want you to love your sustainable finds, but if something isn't quite right, we offer easy returns on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that certain upcycled or final sale pieces may be exempt from our standard return policy.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging or a reusable mailer, ensuring all original tags and labels are still attached.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
